This machine does not support Nespresso capsules. The Brewer Mug is used to make Americano coffee only and support keurig k-cup capsules. If you wish to use Nespresso capsules to make espresso, you may consider the Kopipresso Travel Espresso Maker or the Espresso-Press
The Brewer mug comes with two major parts
The Brewer Mug top which houses the electric components is not submersible (pictured below), and should NOT be cleaned directly under the tap. The mug bottom is submersible. If using the reusable carafe, these are submersible and washable under running water.
